Toshiba commissioned Grey London to create Space Chair, an innovative advert for them. Full credit to Simon Faithfull for creating the original idea (called Escape Vehicle no.6) for the Arts Catalyst in 2004.
No mention of Simon Faithfull, the original artist, except for in the comments by members of Arts Catalyst, the company who comissioned Simon Faithfull to do the original work.
